Ash and Acre Agriculture LLC ("Hoplite Farm", "we", "us") operates this website and sells mushroom cultivation products from Washington State, USA.
Information we collect
- Account: email, name, and (via Google sign-in) profile photo.
- Orders: shipping address, order contents, and payment confirmation (payment card data is handled by our processor and never stored on our servers).
- Communications: messages you send through the contact form, newsletter subscription, and product waitlist entries.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected via standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, answer questions, send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates), send newsletters you subscribed to, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: our payment processor, email delivery service, shipping carriers, and hosting provider. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for the service they provide.

Order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Waitlist entries are retained until the product ships or you request removal.
