By using hoplite.farm ("the Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Products and orders
Mushroom fruiting blocks, spawn, and substrate are perishable biological products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. All prices are in USD.
Acceptable use
Our products are sold for legal culinary and horticultural cultivation only. We do not sell any Schedule I species and will refuse any order we reasonably believe is intended for illegal use.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — photography, writing, product formulations, and site design — is owned by Ash and Acre Agriculture LLC and protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; republication requires written permission.
User contributions
Recipes and comments you submit may be published on the Site. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, edit for length and clarity, and republish that content with attribution.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
