Mushroom products are sensitive biological items. Where we ship — and where we don't yet — is a quality decision.
Every Hoplite Farm block leaves our Washington facility fully colonized and ready to fruit. The 48–72 hours after it ships is a delicate window: transit time, temperature swings, and rough handling can all affect the final harvest.
For that reason, our initial shipping footprint covers Washington, the Pacific Northwest, and the broader West Coast. We're expanding thoughtfully, and adding new regions only when we can guarantee arrival in fruiting condition.
