Our guarantee
Every fruiting block, spawn bag, and substrate ships fully colonized and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or fails to fruit within 30 days of arrival when handled per our instructions, we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Reporting a problem
Email support@hoplite.farm within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, and within 30 days for fruiting issues. Please include your order number and 2–3 photos.
Non-refundable items
- Digital guides, e-books, and downloadable content.
- Blocks that were stored above 75°F or below 33°F, or held longer than the printed shelf life.
- Contamination introduced after opening the bag (please follow the included sterile handling instructions).
Returns
Because our products are perishable and biologically active, we do not accept physical returns. Approved refunds and replacements do not require shipping the product back to us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds typically post within an additional 3–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they enter fulfillment (typically 24 hours). Once a block has been prepared for shipping, we can no longer cancel — but our fruiting guarantee still applies.
